- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
For Garnish:
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the fishcakes and pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.
- Cut all vegetables and prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.

Sear the Scallops:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the scallops for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Fishcakes:
- In the same pan, add the sliced fishcakes and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy. Remove and set aside with the scallops.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- Add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry the onion, bell pepper, snap peas, garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.

Combine Everything:
- Return the scallops and fishcakes to the pan.
- Pour in the sauce and stir well.
- Add the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve & Garnish:
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
