For the Chicken:
- 1 ½ lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup (65g) cornstarch
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Vegetable oil, for frying

For the Sauce:
- ⅓ cup (80ml) honey
- ¼ cup (60ml) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)

For the Stir-Fry:
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped

Prepare & Fry the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel.

Make the Honey Sesame Sauce:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Once simmering, add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil.
- Add green beans and bell peppers, sautéing for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.

Combine Everything:
- Toss the crispy chicken with the sautéed vegetables.
- Pour the honey sesame sauce over everything and mix well.

- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Notes
- For extra crispiness, double-fry the chicken.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use air-fryer for a lighter version (cook at 400°F/200°C for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway).
