  • For the Sauce:

  • For the Stir-Fry:

    • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
    • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
    • ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
    • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare & Fry the Chicken:

    • In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
    • Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.
    • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel.
  • Make the Honey Sesame Sauce:

    • In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
    • Once simmering, add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
  • Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

    • In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil.
    • Add green beans and bell peppers, sautéing for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
